The Job

Our client is seeking a talented AI/ML Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, model development, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and working with big data. You will work on creating, deploying, and optimizing AI models to solve real-world problems and enhance our products.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop machine learning models.
2. Preprocess and analyze large datasets.
3. Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
4. Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific applications.
5. Manage and analyze big data to derive insights and improve models.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies.

The Profile

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in working with AI/LLMs.
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
4. Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
5. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
6. Proven experience in fine-tuning large language models.
7. Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Experience with RAG.
