About the Role:

We are seeking a General Accountant to join our accountingdepartment based in our headquarters in La Queue Lez Yvelines. This is areplacement position for one of our general accountants, who is responsible forsupplier entries, general ledger, and other administrative tasks. The idealcandidate will have a successful experience of 3 to 5 years in the function anda good foundation of English is necessary (minimum B2 level).

This role will focus on:

General accounting: Accounting on the general ledger, the general ledger of purchases, and the bank Supplier payments: Preparation of payments to suppliers Management of expense reports: Accounting of travel expenses Reconciliation: Preparation of documentation for various reconciliations Closure work: Assist the financial controller during closing periods Data maintenance: Maintain data in AX Dynamics Group ERP & Local Accounting Software (EIC) Administrative tasks: Work very close to the financial controller (administrative tasks, tax declarations, reports, etc.) Back-up missions: Ensure the back-up of our accountant and our general accountant (invoicing, collection, credit limits)
To be successful in this role, youwill need:
Ideally higher education in accounting type Bachelor/DEUG / BAC + 3 or equivalent Successful experience of 3 to 5 years in the function Good foundation of English is necessary (minimum B2 level). English lessons are provided by the company.
