The Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing databases - CRM system/sales pipeline / diary management
- Generating new business - Researching organisations to identify new leads and potential clients.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound cold calling and email campaigns.
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their payroll needs and challenges.
- Present our payroll solutions persuasively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
- Managing accounts - Maintaining a relationship with existing clients.
- Pitching services and building a pipeline.
- Booking meetings.
The Profile
The Requirements:
- Fluently speaking British or American accent to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
- Proven experience in Telesales or a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections.
