The Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing databases - CRM system/sales pipeline / diary management
  • Generating new business - Researching organisations to identify new leads and potential clients.
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including outbound cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their payroll needs and challenges.
  • Present our payroll solutions persuasively, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
  • Managing accounts - Maintaining a relationship with existing clients.
  • Pitching services and building a pipeline.
  • Booking meetings.


The Profile

The Requirements:

  • Fluently speaking British or American accent to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
  • Proven experience in Telesales or a similar role, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High level of resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and rejections.
