You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

Brands Management & Brands Training:

  • Create & sustain a relationship with the brands and lead the way for your team to achieve the highest standards for our brands trainings (+350 brands in total)
  • Create and communicate quarterly & yearly training plans with the brands in line with priorities at EME Level
  • Share the EME plans with PMO and the countries on a regular basis to ensure successful roll out
  • Follow up with the brands on the planned calendars
  • Work with SU Digital & Social Learning Team to elevate the Brand Cloud both for brands & countries
  • Work closely with brands to sustain the quality standards of training assets and drive your team to challenge the brands to reach the highest quality

 

Animations:

  • Manage a team of two people and work closely with them to onboard key stakeholders in the central team as well as in countries on the most important animations such as Mothers Day, Holidays, Valentines etc
  • Together with your team, create the global training toolbox for a seamless 360° learning journey for the priority animations
  • Follow up with PMO on the results & analyse the feedback of animations/ destinations trainings and set an action plan with your team for future animations
  • Be a source of inspiration for your team to create the toolbox with the newest trends & expectations

 

 

Offer & Marketing Relations:

  • Build close relationship with the key stakeholders from Offer, Category & Marketing DEPARTMENTS
  • Cascade the key messages to your team and the related SU Teammembers
  • Meet on a regular base (monthly) to catch up with plans & current staus
  • Work on the short & long term strategy to shape the training plans accordingly

 

 

Communication and working with the SU EME PMO function:

  • Share all up-to-date information regarding the brands & animations, working together with the PMO to roll out a successful SU EME yearly plan
  • Organize country visits in alignment with the PMO’s recommendations to meet & discuss about the plans & actual status of the Brands & Animations related projects
  • Meet weekly with the PMO and SU EME Director to discuss strategic alignment and actions based on our priorities

  • Know how to successfully manage international projects
  • Proven Negotiation skills at international level
  • Strong Organisational skills
  • Experience with Budget keeping
  • Analytical skills    
  • Communication & Influencing skills (change management will be part of this role as we are looking for consistency in the region)
  • Cross-functional working experience with departments such as marketing & brands
  • Digital curiosity and motivation is definitely a plus
