Plus particulièrement le département Technologies Avancées – Ingrédients est en charge de développer des ingrédients innovants et de fournir une expertise dans les différentes catégories d'ingrédients existants ou émergents ainsi que d’anticiper les solutions scientifiques et technologiques à travers de la promotion et développement de notre écosystème.
Au sein de Technologies Avancées Ingrédients, l’équipe Lait & Ingrédients Laitiers a pour missions de :
Développer une expertise dans la compréhension fine de la physico-chimie et de la structure du lait, des ingrédients laitiers et des sous-produits de production des produits laitiers Tester et valider différentes formulations et technologies impliquant des ingrédients laitiers existant ou innovants ainsi que leurs applications en formulation Collaborer avec les autres experts de l'équipe Advanced Techno, la R&I globale, les opérations, la qualité et les usines selon les besoins Soutenir les équipes des Zones/CBUs en charge des projets de court terme (H1) pour trouver des solutions à leurs problèmes lorsque des expertises de haut niveau sont requisesLa finalité étant de développer des solutions innovantes et à forte valeur ajoutée dans le domaine des ingrédients laitiers.
Nous recherchons notre futur Danoner pour travailler sur le site de Paris Saclay.
Ce contrat se déroulera à Gif-sur-Yvette (92), dans notre centre de recherche et innovation à partir de septembre 2024.
Emmanuel, Senior Director Advanced Ingredients vous accompagnera pour vous développer sur ce poste.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
Développer l’expertise de Danone dans la composition, le process et l’application des ingrédients laitiers et des produits laitiers dans les différentes catégories de produits Créer un pipeline d’ingrédients laitiers offrant des avantages pour la santé, la fonctionnalité et la naturalité. Collaborer avec le responsable C&P Dairy au sein du programme Partner 4 Growth. Soutenir les projets Horizon 1 en fournissant aux équipes régionales et locales un accès facile et des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins. Milk Valorisation Unit : Contribuer à l’expertise grâce à des projets et des études de casNos engagements employeur :

About You
Les critères ci-dessous restent indicatifs. Une candidature qui présente une combinaison différente d'expériences et de compétences pourrait également être considérée.
Titulaire d’une formation de niveau bac+5 dans le domaine, vous avez à minima 10 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire Vous bénéficiez de bonnes aptitudes en communication / travail en équipe / rigueur Vous maîtrisez Excel, SAP et PowerBI L’anglais sera indispensable pour communiquer avec le reste de l’équipe

More specifically, the Advanced Technologies - Ingredients department oversees developing innovative ingredients and providing expertise in the various categories of existing and emerging ingredients, as well as anticipating scientific and technological solutions through the promotion and development of our ecosystem.
Within Advanced Ingredient Technologies, the Milk & Dairy Ingredients team has the following missions:
Develop expertise in understanding the physico-chemical properties and structure of milk, dairy ingredients, and by-products from dairy product production. Test and validate various formulations and technologies involving dairy ingredients, as well as their applications in formulations. Collaborate with other experts from the Advanced Techno team, global R&D, operations, quality, and factories as needed. Support Zone/CBU teams working on short-term projects (H1) by providing high-level expertise to solve their problems.The ultimate goal is to develop innovative and high-value solutions in the field of dairy ingredients."
We are looking for our future Danoner to work at the Paris SACLAY site. This contract will take place in Gif-sur-Yvette (92), at our research and innovation center starting from September 2024. Emmanuel, Senior Director of Advanced Ingredients, will support your development in this role.
Your main responsibilities will focus on:
Develop Danone’s expertise in the composition, process, and application of dairy ingredients and dairy products across different product categories. Create a pipeline of dairy ingredients that offer health, functionality, and natural benefits. Collaborate with the C&P Dairy lead within the Partner 4 Growth program. Support Horizon 1 projects by providing regional and local teams with easy access to tailored solutions. Contribute to expertise in the Milk Valorisation Unit through projects and case studiesOur employer commitments:

Holder of a Scientific Baccalaureate / Engineering or Academic background , with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position.
