Le rôle
Novo Nordisk France recherche un Juriste Senior ayant une solide expérience en droit pharmaceutique, santé numérique et protection des données pour rejoindre notre équipe en France. Le candidat retenu consacrera 30% de son temps aux responsabilités en matière de protection des données, notamment la conformité et l'évaluation des risques, et fournira des conseils quotidiens sur le RGPD et aidera à atténuer les risques. Vos missions consisteront entre autres à :
Fournir des conseils quotidiens sur le RGPD et aider à atténuer les risques Assurer la conformité et l'évaluation des risques en matière de traitement des données Prendre en charge des projets, notamment la mise en œuvre de l'IA avec toutes les considérations juridiques Conseiller et négocier des partenariats commerciaux , des partenariats avec des start up et des organisations de santé Travailler avec les parties prenantes internes et interagir avec l'équipe de directionQualités requises
Solide expérience en droit pharmaceutique, santé numérique et protection des données Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en protection des données Solides compétences en partenariat commercial et en négociation Agilité et résilience Excellent communicateur, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral Autonomie et savoir prioriser Une expérience en matière de droit de la concurrence serait un plus Maîtrise du français et de l'anglaisA propos du département
V ous rejoindrez notre équipe juridique et compliance et travaillerez aux côtés d'une équipe collaborative composée de deux Juristes et une Responsable Compliance. Vous serez directement rattaché(e) à notre Senior Directeur Juridique et Compliance, qui vous offrira l'opportunité de contribuer à des projets stimulants et d'évoluer dans un environnement divers et enrichissant.
