Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

•Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved promptly. •Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs. •Deal directly with customers – mainly by email •Maintain customer records by updating account information •Support the internal team with data processing and verifying accuracy •Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Required Skills & Experience:

•Fluent in English •Customer service orientation - Knowledge of customer service principles and practices •Knowledge of administrative procedures •Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. •Advanced in Excel •Attention to detail and accuracy •Adaptability and Initiative •Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality. •Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau would be a plus
