As a Talent & Culture Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of Talent & Culture (T&C) functions related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with T&C leadership, managers, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of T&C programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate candidate communication and logistics for interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to company policies and culture.Coordinate exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures, including exit paperwork and exit interviews.Employee Relations Assistance:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with T&C-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.Assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts by providing guidance and escalating issues to T&C leadership as necessary.Training and Development Support:
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees.Assist in tracking employee training and development activities, including participation and completion records.Culture and Engagement Initiatives:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.Assist in the implementation of initiatives to promote and reinforce the company's values and culture.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in an HR support role or administrative position is advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.Additional Information
