In concrete terms, you will be required to:
Support the HRBP team and operational managers: Assist our HR professionals in managing and updating our HR database, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information. Optimize user experience: Analyze user pain points and collaborate with our internal team to propose and implement optimal solutions. Improve HR processes: Work closely with our team to identify, resolve and optimize existing HR processes, ensuring increased efficiency. Support the steering of the HRBP dashboard: Assist the HRBP manager in monitoring and analyzing KPIs, contributing to informed decision-making. Participate in HR projects: Depending on your interests, skills and the needs of the company, you will have the opportunity to get involved in various challenging and rewarding HR projects.What we offer:

Profile:
Education: Bac + 4/5 in Human Resources Appetites for HRIS and C&B Qualities required: rigor, organization, strength of proposal, curiosity Languages: French, Professional EnglishDesired duration: 12 months
