MPA Création est à la recherche d’un(e) commercial Mid Level, pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à notre croissance. Passionné(e) par la vente et doté(e) d'un esprit entrepreneurial, vous aurez pour mission de développer notre portefeuille client et de proposer des solutions créatives et adaptées aux besoins de nos clients.
QUI ETES-VOUS ?
- Vous avez au minimum 3 à 5 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur du design, de l'architecture, ou du Retail.
- Passionné(e) par la vente et le design, vous avez une forte capacité à comprendre et traduire les besoins des clients en solutions concrètes.
- Excellent(e) communicant(e), vous êtes capable de présenter et défendre vos idées avec conviction.
- Organisé(e) et méthodique, vous savez gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Vous avez une sensibilité particulière pour le design et êtes à l'aise avec les codes du luxe.
- Team player, vous travaillez avec tous les membres de notre équipe créative.
VOTRE MISSION
- Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels.
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients pour élargir notre portefeuille.
- Comprendre les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs attentes.
- Participer activement aux réunions de brainstorming et de présentation auprès des clients.
- Collaborer étroitement avec notre équipe créative pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
- Assurer le suivi des projets de la phase initiale à la conclusion, en veillant à la qualité et au respect des délais.
- Définir, en lien avec la Direction Générale, tous les outils commerciaux nécessaires (documents écrits, audiovisuels de présentation, site internet, newsletter, opérations ponctuelles de communication)
- Anglais courant apprécié.
- Maitrîse de la suite Office
Rémunération variable attractive, sans plafond, à déterminer.
