Investment & Asset Manager est responsable d’augmenter la valeur des actifs du groupe avec un focus sur la renégociation de baux et la vente de murs & fonds de commerces hôtelier.

Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes légal, opérationnel, technique du groupe ainsi que le développement des relations investisseurs et propriétaires externes.

Vos principales missions seront :

Run :

Etudes de marché et de faisabilité. Valorisations des actifs du groupe. Réalisation de business plan en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles. Simulations financières visant à valoriser un projet et évaluer son retour sur investissement. Suivis des plans de rénovations et communications investisseurs/propriétaires. Suivis des contrats de bail (négociations / suivi des performances / renouvellement).

Projet :

Suivis et mise à jour du plan stratégique (Exit plan / Lease renégociation) Valorisation des hôtels Analyse financière sur l’acquisition/vente des murs et fonds ou des parts de la société Analyse financière sur la renégociation des baux par l’évolution des loyer & participation au travaux par le propriétaire Création et suivi de la Data-Room Négociation juridique (contrats, SPA…) 

Profil

Profil idéal :

Compétences et qualifications requises (Hardskills):

Bac +5 en école supérieur de commerce / ingénieur de premier rang. Expérience 5-8 ans en M&A / TS / Foncière (focus immobilier). Maitrise parfaite d'Excel et PowerPoint. Maitrise de l’anglais parfaite (notion professionnel en allemand serait un plus).

Qualités personnelles requises (Softskills):

Rigueur / Curiosité / Proactif. Autonomie et confiance en sois pour négociation direct avec propriétaire. Grande qualités relationnelles pour créer lien interne (opération) / externe (propriétaire – acquéreur).
