Environnemental, l'IÉSEG recrute un stagiaire :

Chargé de Mission Sustainability / RSE (H/F)

(Stage 6 mois)

Vos missions :

Le/la Chargé de Mission Sustainability / RSE participe au déploiement de la
stratégie d'impact social et environnemental de l'IESEG School of
Management, en accompagnant l'équipe sur les sujets de reporting à impact,
de communication responsable, de formation aux enjeux de développement
durable, de réduction des émissions de gas à effet de serre, de diversité
et inclusion… Il/elle assure les missions suivantes :

Stratégie d'Impact Social et environnemental :

* Participer à l'implémentation de la stratégie Sustainability de
l'IESEG,
* Contribuer à l'élaboration de notre rapport d'impact,

Performance extra-financière :

* Dans une démarche d'amélioration continue, participer à la mise en
œuvre des systèmes et des processus de mesure de l'impact et de la
performance sociale et environnementale,
* Collecter et suivre des indicateurs d'impact social et
environnemental,
* Accompagner les contributeurs des différents services et parties
prenantes à la collecte de données,

Evènementiel et communication engagée :

* Créer du contenu pour réseaux sociaux et autres supports de
communication (affiches, newsletters, emails…),
* Collaborer dans l'organisation des évènements de sensibilisation au
sein de notre Impact Corner,

Autres :

* Réaliser des benchmarks et veille RSE/réglementaire,
* Assister le service Sustainability dans des missions diverses telles
que les Responsible Leaders, le Sustainability Certificate, le fonds
#TakeTheTrain, etc.

Profil recherché :

* Vous recherchez un stage dès août ou septembre 2024 dans le cadre
d'une formation de niveau Master (Ingénierie, Commerce, RSE et
Développement Durable…) dans la gestion projet en développement
durable.
* Votre capacité d'organisation, votre rigueur et votre esprit
analytique vous permettent de mener à bien vos missions.
* Vous êtes ouvert(e) d'esprit, vous aimez travailler en équipe et
interagir sur des sujets transverses.

Compétences clés :

* Vous êtes curieux et passionné par les sujets de transition
écologique et sociale.
* Vous détenez des capacités rédactionnelles et de synthèse.
* Vous avez des compétences en communication et dans l'organisation
d'évènements
* La connaissance et l'expertise des cadres de reporting ESG existants
et nouveaux (GRI, CSRD, etc.) et la mise en œuvre de l'analyse de
matérialité sont un atout.
* Vous avez une grande maîtrise de l'anglais écrit et oral (niveau C1
minimum attendu)

* Vous avez des compétences en organisation, logistique et dans la
gestion d'évènements
* Vous avez une grande maitrise de l'anglais écrit et oral (niveau C1
minimum attendu)
