Key responsibilities:
Your role will be to assist the Creative Manager/Art Director into the creation & production of visuals for the EMEA area ( Europe, Middle-East, Africa & India ):
- To make the brand's creativity shine
- Bringing a fresh perspective, sharing ideas and graphic culture
- Creation of digital photo & video campaigns for social media
- Participate in the development of a print & digital advertising campaign
- Participate in brainstorming to conceive an idea and a creative brief
- Work in collaboration with production agencies
- Collaborate with the marketing department
Key tasks:
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & After Effect
- Have a first experience of internship in graphic design/art direction
- Creation of print and digital mock-ups
- Creation of mini videos for Instagram stories
- Basic photo retouching
- Photo and video shooting skills will be a plus
- Comfortable working in a team and with different departments
- Interest in cosmetic and luxury visuals
- Visual culture in advertising, graphic design and fonts
- Good understanding of the use of social media ( TikTok & Instagram )
- Ability to build a mood board and a graphic reflection
- Attention to detail in photos and videos
QualificationsMinimum Education Level: ideally BA or MA in Art Direction or graphic design, or motion design.
Minimum Years and Area of Experience:
Required Language Proficiency: English mandatory
Licenses or Certifications:
- solid creative portfolio of produced work required
- must have excellent knowledge of the Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign mandatory, Adobe Premiere After Effects are a big
- Passion for storytelling, photography, film and the beauty & makeup industry,
- Detail oriented, can manage multiple projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to proactively problem-solve. Comfortable with working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of typography and graphic design principles
- Ability to present work / articulate design objectives in a meeting environment to peers and leaders.
- Demonstrate cultural awareness with regards to social media content and platforms. Keep updated with trends, social media, graphic design, photography and video techniques— propose new ideas and share this knowledge with the team
