Our area, part of Reservation organization (CPS-RES), is in huge expansion, supported by an ever-growing and a still increasing large and varied customer base. We are already working with the largest travel agencies and car rental companies, and have become the world’s leading B2B Mobility Platform, serving all channels and segments.

Are you the next Manager we are looking for, with the opportunity to do project management and solution definition in addition to people management?
Leading our Engineering team is Bogota, you will be working with giant US customers and provide support on multiple aspects: consultancy for both Car and Transfer products, requirements clarifications, production support, workshops, relationships with the providers, etc.You and your team will enjoy multiple motivating challenges, with a wide technological stack and multiple functional challenges.In this role you’ll:
Manage a team of Staff employees and have accountability for their performance, results and growth.Support the team in their activities, acting as a reference in case of complex and/or critical situations and interfacing with the Product Management, Sales and customers.Represent Mobility (Car and Transfer) R&D organization in Americas, working in close collaboration with the other departments in Nice and Bangalore, with an elevated level of autonomy, with some guidance from the Senior Manager.About the ideal candidate:
5y+ of experience in Computer Science or Software Engineering with management and/or functional roles Technical Competencies:Understanding of software development life cycle and the Scrum/Agile development processC++ and Open Back-End knowledge is a plusAPI knowledge is a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Fluent in English (spoken and written)Excellent communication skills, with ability to work with both R&D, Commercial organization and customersExcellent Customer focusChange management and FlexibilityProven Analytical and Conceptual ThinkingTravel industry knowledge, and more specifically Car Rental knowledge, is a plusWhat we can offer you:
