We are looking for a Design Manager to lead creative concepts, manage and present retail design projects. You will be responsible for the quality of the work produced and act as the guarantor of the agency’s image and that all requirements are met. The Design Manager leads several projects simultaneously, from their concept phase to delivery. You are the driving force that keeps the teams moving forward.
Role requirements
Manage several projects simultaneously, from design to deliveryGuarantee the quality of creative outputLead successful client meetings – brief , presentations etc.Build a strategy & concept for brands / projects from a briefConsolidate all the ideas and drive the project creativelyGuide and support your team in the complete process of the design projectManage the overall project in terms of budget, resources, deliverables & scheduleEnsure the profitability of the project in collaboration with the Account ManagerManage a full creative team of junior to senior designers, 3D designers, architects, art directorsRecruit, train and develop your teamParticipate in and support the commercial development of the agency
Qualities & characteristics
Master’s degree in Design, Interior Design or Architecture3+ years experience in a similar role in a creative agencyCharismatic, innovative and passionate about design & retailExcellent knowledge of the industry, new concepts & design worldwide, you are one step ahead and always looking to push the boundaries of your workExperience leading client relations to move the project forward, bring the ideas to life and get client buy-in to successful deliver à projectStrong team management experience, you know how to motivate and drive a team to their creative bestBilingual English, another language an assetWell organized, you have great presentation skills & are comfortable in defending your ideas to clientsPlease attach a portfolio for review, we look forward to seeing your work
