Main missions
SOURCING MANAGEMENT
Is responsible for Supplier identification and development. According to internal needs, Define purchasing strategy for her/his portfolio Identify new supplier for new projects Assess the supplier and manage progress plan Manage supplier panelCONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Negotiate competitive prices for serial life. Implement frame agreements with suppliersPRICE MANAGEMENT
Negotiate cost reduction with suppliers. Identify savings opportunities and implement them.PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Is in charge of new components sourcing for new projects: guarantee purchasing project objectives in term of: Quality, Cost & planning Follow supplier over the project lifetime until PPAP approval and SOPRESPONDS TO REQUESTS, ADVISES AND ASSISTS THE SITE'S OPERATIONAL STAFF.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering
Experience in Purchasing
Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry
Project management skills
Decision making and organization skills
Advanced level of English
