We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to join our team in Rungis, France on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

This role leads the end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain implementation in a manufacturing setting, focusing on data accuracy, user support, and project alignment. Key responsibilities include data collection, UAT testing, training, and Go-Live assistance, along with regular communication with project stakeholders. Ideal candidates will bring D365 implementation experience in manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to team collaboration and independent work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyse and understand business needs to formulate effective D365 Supply Chain strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end Supply Chain data management, including collection, enrichment, and cleansing.
  • Conduct UAT testing, log issues, and address process deviations to ensure system accuracy.
  • Provide support and training to Key Users and End Users on D365 functionalities.
  • Lead and assist End Users during Go-Live activities to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Build relationships with Business Key Users, Process Owners, and the European Data Lead.
  • Prepare and present analysis reports to management, ensuring data transparency.
  • Regularly update Supply Chain data and deliver business requirement specifications.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all project stakeholders.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly within manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end D365 projects, including data collection, enrichment, cleansing, and user adoption.
  • Advanced understanding of production and manufacturing workflows, with the ability to integrate these processes into D365.
  • Must have business fluency of C level or above in both French and English.
  • Strong data management skills, with proficiency in DMT, Excel, and SQL.
  • Expertise in data analysis and problem-solving, translating business needs into actionable D365 solutions.
  • Proficiency with UAT testing, bug logging, and training support, ensuring seamless process adoption.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools, with an aptitude for navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong time management abilities.
