Purchasing P2P and Subcontractor Manager (H/F)

PURPOSE

She/ He provides operation support to all Purchasing Teams through Contractors in adequation with the strategy defined by the Purchasing Operations Director :

Supervise the outsourced Purchasing Shared Services (PSS) Optimize, with the Process & Performance Manager, the operations executed by PSS Interact with Business to identify improvement areas Manage and document, the scope and specifications definition of subcontractor(s), including SLA Manage Contracts, acting as Key-Account Manager of the Subcontractor(s)

AREA OF RESPONSABILITIES

She/He is responsible for:

Supervision of the Purchasing Shared-Services (PSS), with an objective of efficient operations Ensuring efficient operations for Purchase Order Issuance, and on-time delivery management Ensuring smooth coordination with AP processes Follow-up of SLAs – exploration of improvement areas with Business Units (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Category Managers) Providing Analyses, leading to continuous improvement Support to Purchasing functions and requesters on sites – especially on training and change management Enforcing compliance according to Processes through the processes monitored by PSS Ensure historicization of operations – ensure clear and communicated Operating Modes Resource Management and allocation Allocate resources in a transparent manner on prioritized workstreams (CSR, Supply Chain, PO issuance and compliance, change management…) to achieve continuous improvement Propose contractual, scope or process adjustments to best serve the Purchasing function and Operations Monitor progress projects mobilized through this resource optimisation Contract Management – Manage outsourced operations services contracts Ensure SLA monitoring Ensure Scope and performance criteria are adapted in each specific domains Lead any competitive bid on relevant scope vs central shared outsourced services.

Internal relations - Collaborate closely with Purchasing Operation team, Purchasing community and other functions’ stakeholders External relations : Coordinate activities of subcontractors

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCES

Education and training:

University diploma (master) or equivalent (experience)

Technical knowledge and skills:

Fluent English Outsourced Teams management Leadership and ability to work within a network Commercial acumen, including negotiation skills Contract management Source-to-Pay Process management expertise – Value Mapping SAP & Purchasing tools knowledge Analytic mindset Keen understanding of internal control requirements

Soft knowledge and skills:

Leadership and ability to influence and work within a network Curious, ability to propose innovations Ability to manage complexity & multiple activities Customer focus Advanced communication skills

Experience:

Ideally, he/she has a strong purchasing experience with at least 10 years working experience in industrial and global environments
