Nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager/ Chef(fe) de Projet / AMO expérimenté(e) pour renforcer notre équipe sur la Côte dAzur Vous parlez anglais ? Vous avez une expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans le bâtiment et idéalement en AMO ou Project management, rejoignez notre équipe solidaire, sympathique et accueillante à Sophia Antipolis .
Missions :
Project Manager / Assistant à la Maitrise dOuvrage pour piloter des projets de grande envergure sur la côte dazur.
Interventions sur toutes la phase de suivi de chantier tout corps détat jusquà la réception :
Pilotage général du projet pour le maître douvrage ; Suivi du planning de lopération ; Organisation et animation de réunions ; Coordination des intervenants du projet : architecte, bureaux détudes, entreprises et autres spécialistes ; Gestion du budget et suivi financier ; Gestion et suivi du respect du plan qualité ; Gestion de lensemble des parties prenantes du projet ; Suivi de lexécution des travaux pour le maitre douvrage, traitement des modifications, gestion contractuelle ; Coordination de la réception des travaux ; Suivi des autorisations administratives ; Gestion des relations avec la mairie et les autres autorités administratives ; Analyses des risques et des opportunités dun projet et définition du plan de maitrise des risques ; Reporting au client.Profil :
Expérience de 5 à 8 ans dans le bâtiment idéalement en gestion de projet, ou profil architecte ou ingénieur ; Esprit collaboratif et déquipe ; Candidat(e) habitué(e) à travailler dans un environnement international (maitrise de l'anglais professionnel impératif) ; Qui a le souci du détail et maîtrise les exigences et particularités dun projet de très haut standing ; Curieux/se, autonome, dynamique, proactif/ve ; Mais aussi structuré(e) et rigoureux/se.Nous ne pouvons atteindre nos objectifs que si chacun a la possibilité de donner le meilleur de lui-même.
