Rattaché(e) au Directeur du Département Projets Nouveaux Produits Europe (NPPD Europe) au sein d’EssilorLuxottica Global Lens Innovation (GLI), vous prendrez la responsabilité d’un ou plusieurs projets d’innovation dans le domaine des nouveaux produits ophtalmiques.
Ces projets, qui ont permis récemment de lancer de nouveaux produits du type Varilux XR Series, Crizal Sapphire HR et Transitions Gen S dans le monde couvrent les phases de faisabilité, développement jusqu’au lancement et déploiement dans les marchés (Wholesale, Retail et e-Commerce inclus), en respectant des objectifs de délai, coût et qualité.
Les missions du poste :
- En tant que Chef de Projets Nouveaux Produits, vous mènerez une équipe projet pluridisciplinaire (innovation/marketing/commercial/engineering/qualité/IT/finance/supply chain et opérations) et multiculturelle. Selon les projets, vous pourrez encadrer fonctionnellement une équipe de Chefs de Projets Nouveaux Produits dans le cadre de coordination Monde. Vous mettrez en œuvre le stage gate process ainsi que les méthodes de conduite de projet adaptées à la mise sur le marché de nouveaux produits.
- Vous vous engagerez sur la création de valeur, la qualité des produits et le planning des lancements commerciaux.
- Vous serez en charge de gérer les ressources et les plannings, d’identifier et communiquer les risques et les changements de périmètres et de mettre en place les plans de levé des risques.
- Vous produirez la documentation dictée par le stage gate process et les meilleures pratiques de gestion de projet : project charter, planning macro et détaillé, analyses de risques, synthèses mensuelles, compte rendu de réunion, livrables stage gate…
- Vous serez également responsable de la communication de l’avancement des projets auprès du top management, dans les comités de gouvernance (C2SC, CSC).
- Vous participerez à des projets internes d’amélioration continue du département.
- Vous pourrez être amené(e) à conduire des Projets Stratégiques pour le Groupe EssilorLuxottica, à gérer un portefeuille de projets dans le cadre d’initiatives complexes avec de forts enjeux business pour le groupe.
Ce poste intéressera une personne :
De formation supérieure de type ingénieur ou école de commerce, possédant idéalement 10 ans d'expérience en management de projets.
Qui démontre une capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et changeants, à influencer, convaincre et obtenir l’adhésion de l’équipe, des sponsors et des responsables de départements.
Autonome, organisée, pro-active, orientée résultats et avec de réelles capacités de coordination de nombreux départements du groupe et de pilotage de projets.
Possédant une grande compréhension des interdépendances entre les opérations et les besoins du business de l’industrie optique.
La connaissance du Stage Gate Process sera un atout, ainsi que de bonnes connaissances des outils MS project et Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.
