Job Purpose
Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. This role includes controlling expenses by processing, verifying and reconciling invoices in a timely, accurate and efficient manner according to policies and procedures. This position will be responsible for resolving LTL invoice issues and processing those invoices in timely manner.

Key Job Elements
• Perform review of problem invoices in a timely manner;
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate record keeping and problem solve any issue;
• Ensure compliance with departmental standards;
• Follow established accounting policies and procedures;
• Ensure data entry is up to date in order to meet month end deadlines;
• Report location level issues to management for resolution;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience
• Detail oriented / sense of urgency / follow-through;
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently;
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to communicate/deal with various vendors as required;
• Adapt to frequent changes in workload & priority as circumstances dictate;
• Knowledge of Microsoft office;
• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Excel;
• Experience in a Transportation management or payment system.
