Description du poste
SEGULA Technologies recherche actuellement un (e) Professionnel(le) en Gestion de Projet, Planning et Support H/F.
Dans ce contexte, vos missions consisteront à :
Coordonner la mise en place du programme de production des véhicules;
Réaliser et sécuriser le plan de production en cohérence avec les plannings projets définis. Coordonner la mise en place du plan de production en fonction des besoins et capacités des usines. Coordonner et sécuriser les spécifications en variantes, ainsi que le PBI des véhicules projets à assembler au sein des usines GTO. Sécuriser la mise en place des commandes des véhicules projets dans les outils de production PRD avec les organisations impliquées. Garantir la cohérence des commandes jusqu'au lancement de production. Identifier, en collaboration avec le service commercial, les véhicules candidats dans le carnet des commandes clients pour supporter les validations des usines GTO EBM. Être le correspondant pour le plan de production des véhicules projets pour GTT Project Builds. Assister le Chef de projet en planning & programme.Mettre à jour l'offre industrielle :
Définir les variantes à assembler dans les différentes usines dans les applications dédiées. Définir la date d'introduction ou d'arrêt des variantes de véhicules dans l'application dédiée. Assurer la traduction française de la désignation des variantes dans l'application dédiée.Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et proactive, capable de mener à bien ces missions cruciales au sein de notre équipe.
Qualifications
Diplômé(e) d’ une école d’ingénieurs ou de management , vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expérience, idéalement acquises dans le secteur de l'industrie automobile, en tant que professionnel(le) de la gestion de projets.
Vos compétences et expériences englobent :
Maîtrise du système de production Volvo et des outils PRD associés (GCSV, CPO, GMVI, BDVIL/ODIN,…)
Connaissance approfondie de la documentation KOLA.
Compétences générales sur les véhicules industriels (VI) et leur définition en variantes.
Familiarité avec la méthodologie DVP des projets.
Maîtrise de la programmation SIMU / PSEUDO.
Excellente maîtrise du pack Office 365.
Expertise dans l'utilisation des logiciels de documentation des produits du groupe Volvo.
Familiarité avec les outils de documentation spécifiques du Groupe Volvo (KOLA, EDB, DIS, TIKA, SPOT, GPS, PARMA, etc.).
Connaissance approfondie de POWERBI et POWERAPPS.
Maîtrise de l’anglais au niveau B2.
