We’re looking for a working student to support us in user research. Join our international, cross-functional Design and User Research team to: Support in qualitative and quantitative research operations Help researchers and designers plan and execute research, and analyse results Help recruit users and manage internal insights Execute some research tasks independently Support persona development and adoption Participate in all shared UX team activitiesYou will work as part of our UX team of 14 fellow user researchers and designers. You will also collaborate with cross-functional product teams as well as data scientists, CRM professionals and analysts from other departments.

Show and demonstrate your: User-centric mindset and strong motivation to build usable and accessible digital products Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Communication skills and ability to work in a business environment Ability to present and clearly convey essential insights Familiarity with common user research processes and tools Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)-
