Directement rattaché au Global Account Manager, vous êtes en charge de la coordination des activations plurimedias pour notre client RICHEMONT.  

Vous assurez une présence commerciale auprès des Responsables Marketing des clients (day to day, demandes d’informations, briefs media…) et vous assurez la qualité de la relation client (satisfaction / fidélisation client).  

Vous assurez la coordination centrale. Vous assurez la coordination des agences du réseau GroupM. Dans ce cadre, vous organisez les réunions hebdomadaires avec le réseau, effectuez le suivi des plans media, répondez aux demandes des Responsables clients (day to day, demandes d’informations, briefs media…) et êtes le contact privilégié des agences locales.  

Vous participerez également sur la base du brief client à la recommandation et l’implémentation des campagnes achetées depuis Paris en digital, presse et affichage. Vous assurez la gestion des relations avec les experts médias en interne et avec les régies publicitaires. Vous assurez la planification, gestion et suivi des prestations jusqu’au suivi financier. Vous suivez les bilans de campagne et l’analyse des performances (reporting).  

Vous effectuez les analyses de concurrence qualitatives et quantitatives pour le compte de nos clients (suivi des investissements media et de la stratégie de communication).  

Profil:  

Diplômé(e) d’un Bac +4 à +5  Vous justifiez de minimum d’1 an d’expérience avec une première expérience au sein d’une agence média ou chez l’annonceur à l’international Vous avez un anglais courant Vous êtes professionnel, sérieux, et surtout bienveillant Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe, de rigueur et d’un sens aigu du service client Vous êtes capable de travailler sur plusieurs projets à la fois et de les prioriser Vous êtes enthousiaste et démontrez une vraie volonté d’apprendre Vous êtes force de proposition Dynamique avec un bon sens relationnel Créatif et qui apprécie le développement commercial Aisance avec les données chiffrées Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse Maîtrise des outils de bureautique classique (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
