Our Delta Technology team is looking for Manager - Tech Lead to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The Manager - Tech Lead will have the following responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
  • Contribute to the technical strategy of the department.
  • Serve as the technical expert, providing support for complex issues.
  • Design robust and scalable architectures for technical solutions.
  • Actively contribute to the development of key features.
  • Ensure the maintenance and evolution of existing applications.
  • Implement and enforce best development practices (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, etc.).
  • Guarantee the quality of the code produced by the team.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of development processes.

The Manager - Tech Lead will also have the responsibility to participate to the Project Manager club, support and manage Delta initiatives around the Project Manager topics. As an operational consultant, the Manager - Tech Lead, will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Java, with more than 10 years of experience using related frameworks such asJava, Spring, Python, Angular, and JavaScript
  • Solid experience in software architecture and migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Gitea, SonarQube, Maven, Nexus).
  • Expertise in SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Highly proficient in both written and spoken French and English
