We are looking for an Analytical Development Technician F/M , highly qualified, to join our dynamic and committed team, with values focused on patients, people, and the work of team and communication.

The position is based in Montpellier.

Mission

Analytical technician will play a role in carrying out several platform analytical assays, mainly based on qPCR and ELISA methods, to support process development and for AAV product characterisation, in compliance with quality procedures, health and safety rules and deadlines.

Main Activities

Execute testing in accordance with the protocol Interpret the results and write scientific analysis reports Write SOP’s and related technical documents Propose technical improvements for scientific experiments Ensure a technical research in the field of activity Work collaboratively with Analytical and Process development teams Participate in the troubleshoot equipment of the analytical platform Participate in the general operations of the laboratory: supply of material, maintenance, health & safety, in the quality assurance system.

Missions

Le technicien analytique jouera un rôle dans la réalisation de plusieurs essais analytiques de la plateforme analytique, principalement basés sur des méthodes de qPCR et ELISA, pour définir les procédés USP/DSP de production et caractériser les vecteurs AAV, dans le respect des procédures de qualité, des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité, du budget et des délais.

Activités principales

Exécuter les essais conformément au protocole Interpréter les résultats et rédiger des comptes-rendus d’analyses scientifiques Rédiger des procédures et tous documents techniques Proposer des améliorations techniques pour les expériences scientifiques Faire une veille technique dans le domaine d’activité Collaborer avec les équipes de développement de procédés USP/DSP et analytique Participer à l’analyse des problèmes techniques des équipements de la plateforme analytique Participer au fonctionnement général du laboratoire : approvisionnement en matériel, maintenance, hygiène et sécurité, au système d’assurance qualité.

Profil

2/3 years of higher education in biotechnology/biology/biochemistry Good knowledge of automates applied to analytical assays would be a plus Molecular biology techniques (qPCR, RT-qPCR, ELISA) Knowledge of GLP and quality assurance systems Good written in English would be a plus
