Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Stock
Ensure all shops’ sales operation is properly carried out. Ensure that the inventory control system is adhered to and maintained. Monitor stock situation and take necessary corrective actions. Monitor and review the effectiveness of the shop's presentation. Investigate all stock discrepancies.Customer Service
Ensure all guests are well attended to. Handle all guests related issues factually. Analyze guests’ feedback/complaints and suggestions to prevent reoccurrence or make recommendations for improvement. Ensure that our image and standard of service is consistently abided by.Staff
Orientated new staff and develop and implement training programs to upgrade the staff. Handle all staff issues- e.g duty rosters annual leaves guidelines etc. Train staff in sales techniques product knowledge and customer service. Supervise and motivate staff to maximize sales and to promote personal growth. Counsel and discipline staff when necessary.Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Thorough understanding of stores procedures and policies. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep accurate records.
