Dans un contexte de forte croissance, Doctolib renforce son équipe IT Order-to-cash (O2C) accompagnant les équipes métiers internes finance, stratégie et commerciales.
Nous recherchons un(e) O2C IT billing project analyst qui sera rattaché(e) au Squad Leader O2C et travaillera en collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements.
Vos missions
Intégrer et faire évoluer techniquement les modèles de pricing du catalogue de produits DoctolibEtre le relai IT de l’équipe billing pour toutes les demandes courantes et d’amélioration de l’existantPrioriser les sprints des demandes in&out-of-roadmap, avec l’équipe métier billing mais aussi Salesforce, produit, sales.Participer aux projets IT structurant d’amélioration des process billings (i.e : recouvrement dette client) et financiers Participer aux projets de mise en place de nouvelles offres produitsAutres projets :
Participation à l’élaboration de la roadmap en ce positionnant en interlocuteur clé de l’équipe billing (identification des projets, priorisation avec le métier)Contribuer directement aux projets identifiés aussi bien à la mise en place de processus que des outilsS’assurer du partage des best practices, du transfert de compétence aux équipes métier et de la constitution d’un document de référence regroupant le paramétrage et les choix d’implémentation.S’assurer de la bonne communication sur l’avancement des projetsAnimer les comités opérationnelsStructurer le support et la formationsConseiller les équipes métiers sur les axes d’amélioration (automatisation, KPI, expérience utilisateur,...)Veille sur les tendances et nouvelles pratiquesExemples De Projets
Automatisation de l’intégration des nouveaux pricing DoctolibAccompagner les équipes marketing et produit dans le lancement de nouvelles offres Mise en place d’une interface entre l’outil de billing et l’ERPLes qualités attendues pour ce poste
Vous etes en Master 1 ou 2 en gestion de projet ou comptabilité/finance, de type école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent universitaireVous avez une solide connaissance du monde de la finance et de ses processus (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, consolidation,...)Vous avez déjà été acteur.trice de projets dans le cadre de stage(s) ou d’activités extra-professionnellesVous parlez couramment français et anglaisVous avez une bonne maîtrise d’Excel/GsheetVous etes autonome, curieux.se et moteur.trice dans un contexte de forte croissanceVous avez une forte appétence pour l’ITDétails du poste
