Specifically, you will be responsible for :
Working within the IDS Corporate department, you will be responsible for :
Day-to-day management of the application and project portfolio - governance, reporting, documentation (monitoring governance cycle, participating in reporting, preparing documents / CR) Oversee and monitor application deployment throughout the entire lifecycle, in collaboration with all process chains. Relay IT support to users on specific applications (ticket processing, escalations, diagnostic assistance). Support for business commitment and application production (training, user support). Project management: coordination of different missions between several teams (Marketing - Sustainability - Corporate Communication - Digital - Innovation).During your apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer any questions you may have.
What if it were you?
You are preparing a diploma at BAC +3 level or higher in a Business School or equivalent with a major in Data. You are fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and have a solid knowledge of web hosting and development technologies (Drupal - HTML/CSS). An interest in sustainability and the environment With a strong team spirit and a performance & results orientation, you are autonomous, structured and organized. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A background in marketing or a related field To be able to interact in a multicultural environment, a good level of English is a must.
