Junior Financial Controller
Roles and Responsibilities
• Record and process accounting entries
• Integration of supplier invoices into internal software
• Monitoring and accounting of expenses
• Ensure payment of supplier invoices and expenses and collect appropriate signatures for payments.
• Update supplier accounts and perform monthly reconciliations
• Enter receipts
• Updating customer accounts, carrying out reconciliations and reminders if necessary
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of tax returns
• Preparation work for the monthly closing (commissions, stocks, etc.)
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets and P&L, end of fiscal year work for the annual close under the supervision of the Financial Director
