Job Description
This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Concierge/Porter team and providing exceptional service, ensuring total customer satisfaction to our guests at all times.
You will:
Lead and support of the Concierge team and the daily concierge operations. Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Concierge team members with an emphasis on training and teamwork. Ensure team members have a strong knowledge of the local area. Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel areas. Ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates, services and general hotel information.Qualifications
You will possess:
Supervisory or management experience within a Concierge or Front Office role. Demonstrated experience in providing superior service standards and requirements. Experience using Hotel Property Management Systems. Strong computer skills – particularly Microsoft Office Suite. A strong knowledge of the community, area and region is necessary. Ability to work a flexible, rotating roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays.Additional Information
