Consultant(e) Senior en Project Finance – Infrastructure

Missions

Sous la supervision d’un(e) manager d’équipe et pour le compte de fonds d’investissement, de groupes industriels, de banques de financement ou de personnes publiques, vous interviendrez sur des missions de conseil en financement de projet, modélisation financière complexe et structuration de dossiers d’investissement, ingénierie financière, etc..

Dans ce cadre, vos principales fonctions seront les suivantes :

Conception et développement de modèles financiers complexes sur Excel : mise en place de la structure juridico-financière, optimisation des financements, réalisation de sensibilités, etc. ; Gestion quotidienne des clients/prêteurs potentiels, participation active aux réunions ; Rédaction des pièces financières nécessaires au cours des procédures d’appels d’offres ; Participation à la recherche de financement : prise de contact avec les prêteurs, rédaction des pièces présentant le projet (teaser, project information memorandum) et rédaction de term sheet de financement ; Encadrement et formation des analystes de l’équipe.

En outre, en fonction de la taille des dossiers, vous pouvez être amené(e) à prendre en charge, de manière autonome, certains projets dans leur globalité, sous la supervision d’un manager ou d’un associé.

Vous pourrez également participer à des missions de conseils en transaction sur des actifs infrastructures et énergies (buy-side/ sell-side).

Enfin, vous pourrez être amené(e) à participer au développement interne et externe de l’offre (présentation de l’activité, participation aux pitchs client, participation à des événements, etc.).

Profil recherché

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une des meilleures grandes écoles (Ingénierie, Commerce) et disposez d’une première expérience réussie de 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine du financement de projet.

Disponible, rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et curieux(se), vous savez vous adapter très rapidement aux missions qui vous sont confiées et disposez d’excellentes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.

Votre capacité à travailler en équipe, votre curiosité professionnelle et votre sens du service client sont des atouts indispensables pour réussir dans ce métier.

Vous pratiquez l’anglais courant à l’écrit comme à l’oral et maitrisez Excel.
