Le rôle de nos équipes juridiques est de fournir des solutions légales pertinentes, rapides et novatrices à nos collaborateur.rices, en adoptant un prisme business et en jonglant entre plusieurs disciplines : droit des affaires, droit de la propriété intellectuelle, droit des contrats, droit des nouvelles technologies, droit de la musique, etc.

Le département juridique d’Ubisoft recherche 3 stagiaires pour juillet 2024 afin d’assister ses différentes équipes sur une variété de missions, notamment :

Assurer un rôle de conseil et d’assistance juridique auprès des équipes du siège et des studios de développement, en vulgarisant et communiquant sur des concepts juridiques dont ils pourraient avoir besoin ;
  Participer à la rédaction et à la négociation de tous types de contrats avec les équipes de Production (prestations de service, licences, cession de droits de propriété intellectuelle…), les équipes Business (accords de confidentialité, contrats marketing, distribution, partenariats…), et les équipes Tech & IT (contrat de licences middlewares/softwares/ open source, de prestation de services, cybersécurité…) ;
Participer à la gestion du portefeuille mondial de Marques : recherches d’antériorité, surveillance des registres, etc ;
Soutenir les équipes en charge des films, séries télé, BD, mangas, et autres médias, en apportant des réponses à leurs interrogations et en les aidant sur la rédaction contractuelle nécessaire à leurs activités ;
Effectuer des recherches juridiques sur des points de droit local ;
Aider à la mise en place de guidelines et à la rédaction de clauses et contrats relatifs à la protection des données personnelles.

Qualifications

Vous êtes étudiant.e en études supérieures en droit avec une spécialisation en droit de la propriété intellectuelle, des nouvelles technologies ou droit des affaires, et recherchez un stage de six mois à temps plein à partir de juillet 2024.
Vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en entreprise ou en cabinet incluant de la rédaction contractuelle.
Vous possédez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, êtes proactif.ve et savez travailler en équipe. Pour ce stage, votre rigueur, votre dynamisme et votre pragmatisme seront particulièrement appréciés.
Vous disposez d’un anglais courant, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, pour ces stages à forte dimension internationale.
Vous disposez d’une appétence pour les nouvelles technologies.
