Yourmissions :

Reporting to the Supply Chain Service Delivery Leader and within the Corporate IT team, the IT Demand &Supply Planning Leader is responsible for the delivery and performance of the Demand and Supply planning product. His / her goal is to build scalable solutions that meet business needs, accelerate digital transformation, create/maintain a competitive advantage within CEVA’s market segments while ensuring regulatory compliance. To reach these goals, he / she needs to coordinate the Demand and Supply planning activities and application life cycle : setup, evolution, backlog, support, maintenance, upgrades, decommissioning.. to meet the expectations of its customers in the most cost-efficient manner. 

The main areas of responsibility of the IT Demand & Supply Planning Leader are as follows: 

• Define vision for Demand & Supply Planning product / domain and evolution roadmap
• Delivery, Support and Service Performance of application 
• Coordinates consistency of resource planning allocation and team activities 
• Compliance, methodology, standards, and Quality Assurance
• Security, Cyber and Risk Management

Yourprofile :

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Information Technology and 8+ years of experience in a relevant application or product, demonstrating strong expertise in supply chain management with a willingness to engage in Information Systems projects and solutions. 

Key qualifications for this role include: 
- In depth understanding of ERP systems (Oracle JDE preferred), PIC/PDP, S&OP, Life Cycle Management, and Sales forecasting processes 
- Understanding of applications such as Vanguard, QAD Dynasys, Kinaxis, or OMP. 
- Project management experience. 
- Previous involvement in Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) implementation. 
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team, fostering strong and trusting relationships. 
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms. 
- Capability to engage with peers across different geographic locations. 
- Proficiency in coordinating resource allocation and scheduling for build, RUN, and evolution activities. 
- Familiarity with architecture standards and technical options within the relevant product/domain. 
- Fluency in English is essential for daily communication in an international context.
