Yourmissions :

As part of the Management Control department, you will work closely with the Group Reporting Manager and will be a key contact for the Corporate Management Control and Group Consolidation teams, the subsidiaries' CFOs and the subsidiaries' HR Business Partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Group reporting:
-Monitor Group Sales Reporting data on a monthly basis, and act as the main point of contact for subsidiaries' CFOs in this phase.
-Produce and analyze the Group's consolidated P&L, WCR and key account sales.
-Carry out occasional performance analyses for internal customers
-Contribute to the improvement of data collection tools and processes
-Contribute to improving performance monitoring.

Tasks related to HR Controlling:
-Maintain and analyze the evolution of the Group's workforce base in conjunction with the subsidiaries' HRBPs.
-Monitor and analyze key factors in Group payroll trends.
-Contribute to improving the monitoring and projection of the Group's workforce and payroll.

Yourprofile :

Master degree in management/finance.

2 to 5 years' experience in management control and/or reporting.

- Good level of English 
- Ability to handle subjects independently 
- Sense of figures
- Ability to grasp IT solutions 
- Good knowledge of other related fields (accounting, HR issues)
