The Global Subscription Sales organization is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Director of Global Performance & Optimization for Subscription Sales and Features on Demand. This leadership position involves strategic responsibilities such as shaping performance analysis, driving revenue, and optimizing subscription services
The global scope and cross-functional collaboration make it a pivotal role within the organization. You will have a tremendous opportunity to drive impact for subscription revenue and to transform the broader automotive industry

Responsibilities :
Team Leadership and Culture:
•Attract, retain, manage, and grow a high-performing and agile global team
•Contribute to the overall organizational culture, ensuring your team becomes an excellent environment for career growth and transformation within the automotive industry

New Global P&L Management and Regional Partnership:
•Develop agile business management and lead the global P&L to ensure we are on track for budget
•Partner with regional teams on the roll-up of performance. Oversee overall profit and loss (P&L) management
•Proactively ensure we are on track for targets and lead teams to budget accountability

Global Performance:
•Lead global performance analysis for subscription and Features on Demand services at Stellantis.
•Collaborate with the data team to create the necessary tools, with the goal is to meet revenue and subscriber targets (B2C and B2B/Fleet).

Forecasting and Reporting:
•Manage forecasting, planning, and reporting of business results related to subscription pricing.

Subscription Metrics and KPIs:
•Develop and track global subscription metrics to derive business insights.
•Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) related to acquisition, winback, engagement, and retention. These KPIs should also predict revenue.

Revenue Optimization:
•Implement corrective actions and learning initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing strategies.
•Optimize subscription offerings based on insights and data.

A/B Testing and Best Practices:
•Lead insights from A/B testing. Share global best practices across the organization.

Executive Collaboration:
•Work with senior executives and their organizations to foster collaboration.
•Share business cases and contribute to monthly revenue discussions

Profil

Basic Qualifications: These are qualifications that all candidates require to be hired

•Proven track record of leadership and success in performance analysis and optimization roles, preferably within the subscriptions
•Extensive experience in developing and implementing performance optimization strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify areas for improvement
•Expertise in utilizing performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive decision-making
•15 years excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals
•Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights related to performance optimization
•Experience in leveraging technology and tools for performance monitoring and analysis
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

Preferred Qualifications: These are qualifications that the Hiring Manager would prefer candidates have, but are not a requirement

•Advanced degree in Business, Finance or Economics preferred
•Certifications or additional training in performance analysis, optimization methodologies, or related areas is a plus
