Qui sommes-nous ?

Créée en début 2022, myVesta a pour mission d'accompagner des clients premiums dans leurs investissements immobiliers locatifs. S'appuyant sur des spécialistes de l'investissement ayant une solide expérience en banque d'affaires et en Private Equity, notre approche est d'appliquer les méthodes du Private Equity à l'investissement locatif.

L’investissement locatif semble à priori assez simple mais c’est en réalité très technique, c’est pourquoi nous sommes convaincus que nos clients doivent être accompagnés de A à Z par des professionnels de l’investissement expérimentés.

myVesta propose donc une offre clé en main du sourcing à la mise en gestion des biens.myVesta c’est aussi une belle aventure entrepreneuriale, humaine et ambitieuse, mais surtout composée d’une équipe avec des projets plein la tête. Nous recherchons donc de nouveaux talents pour contribuer à notre croissance.

Vos missions

Descriptif du poste

Notre équipe recherche son/sa futur.e stagiaire pour faire rayonner myVesta auprès de nos clients, partenaires, prospects et futurs collaborateurs sur tous les réseaux.

Ce poste a un fort enjeu puisqu’il contribuera complètement au développement de notre marque.

Tes missions :

  • Tu trouveras les plus beaux immeubles à proposer à nos clients en créant de vrais liens de confiances avec nos chasseurs et agents partenaires
  • Fin négociateur, tu négocieras et sécuriseras les biens immobiliers pour nos clients
  • Tu seras autonome dans l’analyse de chaque projet
  • Tu pourras être amené à faire le lien avec tous nos partenaires (gestionnaires, artisans, fiscalistes, courtiers, …)
  • Tu es force de proposition et tu réfléchis avec les fondateurs à l'amélioration continue de nos outils et méthodes

Les missions pourront être amenées à évoluer en même temps que la croissance de la start-up

Vos compétences

Profil recherché

  • Tu es en recherche d'un stage à partir de Janvier 2025
  • Tu dégaines ton téléphone plus vite que ton ombre, tu es capable de faire sentir ton sourire au téléphone et tu aimes le travail en équipe
  • Tu es rigoureux/se et maîtrises parfaitement les outils bureautiques (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Tu es curieux.se, tu as envie d’apprendre, de découvrir l’univers start-up et développer ton âme d’entrepreneur
  • Tu es force de proposition et très autonome

En bonus : tu as une appétence pour le secteur de l’immobilier et plus spécifiquement l’investissement et la création de patrimoine.

Nous cherchons des compétences mais nous te recruterons aussi, et surtout, pour ton savoir-être, ton engagement et tes ambitions.
