Yourmissions :

To support our strategy and roadmaps, we are looking for an EHS Manager to develop and implement EHS programmes and improve our performance on the Smart Solutions perimeter (sites specialised in the design of vaccination equipment).

Based at the Ceva Ecat-id Campus in Plouédern, Finistère, you will also be in charge of EHS for the Ceva Desvac campus in St Barthélémy d'Anjou (49). You will report to the Smart Solutions Managing Director and the Group HSE Director.
You will be responsible for environmental management, health and safety, compliance and environmental protection, as well as the implementation of HSE programmes and culture.

Yourprofile :

Your tasks: 

- Improve existing EHS programmes and align them with global policy and rules, programmes and initiatives, regulatory requirements and business expectations.
- Ensure corporate compliance with all applicable EHS rules and regulations and Ceva policies.
- Reinforce the EHS culture and improve performance.
- Raise awareness, advise and train on EHS issues through a strong presence in the field.
- Leading the CSSCT 
- Provide advice to site managers. 
- Assessing occupational risks and updating the single occupational risk assessment document
- Identify dangerous/risky situations and propose action plans 
- Organise and carry out audits (processes, regulations, safety and environmental certification) 
- Checking that EHS procedures are properly applied on site and that safety instructions are complied with 
- Analysing performance/success indicators and ensuring regular reporting
- Organise, monitor and control waste management 
- Carry out investigations following accidents and propose areas/actions for improvement 
- Provide EHS training and validation in coordination with the human resources department.
