MISSION PRINCIPALE

Au sein de la Direction Presse et Influence Internationale, le Responsable Presse Horlogerie créé et pilote le déploiement de la stratégie presse multi-channels pour la catégorie Horlogère sur l’ensemble des marchés. A ce titre, sa mission principale est d’amplifier la visibilité de la Maison et maintenir la position de leader de la catégorie sur le marché.

RESPONSABILITE CLE 1 : Lead sur le déploiement marchés des lancements

Stratégie presse

Elaboration, définition et pilotage des stratégies presse internationale multi channels Accompagnement des marchés : recueil des stratégies des différents marchés, challenge de ces stratégies et réponses aux demandes spécifiques (Interviews /angle / visuels / etc…)

Travail préparatoire

Rédaction et envoi des notes d’information pour chaque lancement Pilotage des assortiments de press samples et commandes gifting, pour transmission l’équipe Shoot & Events

Formation des marchés

Rédaction des éléments de formation pour les équipes presse des filiales (Q & A, leaflets…) Préparation des réunions marchés tous les mois Mise en place de formations digitales /physiques avant chaque lancement

Interviews

Organisation d’interviews avec les personnalités de la Maison : proposition de titres à cibler, challenger la pertinence du titre et des questions, rédiger les réponses pour les interviews par email, assister aux interviews. Suivi du tableau de pilotage des interviews sur la catégorie Horlogère, analyse de la performance

Budget

Construction et pilotage des budgets presse afférents

RESPONSABILITE CLE 2 : Lead sur l’organisation des événements liés à son périmètre

Personne référente pour l’organisation de Watches & Wonders (W&W) et des Press Preview Pilotage du W&W en lien avec la FHH, le marketing, (brief, book événement, plannings conférences de presse, interviews et shoots, listing HQ…) et les marchés Organisation des visites de la Manufacture Horlogère et de la Maison des Métiers d’Art Organisation des événements de lancement stratégiques horlogers avec la PR event Manager pour faire rayonner la catégorie tout au long de l’année Pilotage de ces événements de lancements en lien avec le service événements, le service marketing et/ou les marchés Co-construction avec les marchés des listes d’invités Press and POI pour les événements Pilotage des books events pour PR marchés et ceux des intervenants clés lors des events

RESPONSABILITE CLE 3 : Lead sur les reportings presse

Pilotage des analyses et retombées des lancements de la catégorie Pilotage des analyses de performance presse (DMR) Rédaction des comptes-rendus d’événements

RESPONSABILITE CLE 4 : Développer la communauté Horlogère Groupe (CWC)

En collaborations avec avec l’équipe digitale et le brand content :

Identifier de nouveaux profils avec les marchés agrandir la communauté Inclure CWC dans les événements pour amplification

RESPONSABILITE CLE 5 : BRIEF Brand Content et Talents & Entertainment Team

Rédiger pour le Brand Content, les briefs des assets nécessaires à un lancement produit Rédiger pour l’équipe Célébrité, les briefs Talent autour d’un lancement de produit

PROFIL


Diplômé(e) d’un master en Communication, Journalisme ou Ecole de Commerce, vous justifiez de minimum 10 ans d’expérience en Presse acquises idéalement en agence et chez un annonceur de l’industrie du Luxe.

Expert(e) de l’univers de l’horlogerie, vous avez idéalement déjà participé à un Watches & Wonders (ou SIHH).

Vous savez travailler en mode projet dans un environnement complexe et international.

Vous aimez travailler en équipe et savez embarquer vos interlocuteurs de différentes cultures.

Excellent(e) communiquant(e) vous parlez parfaitement français et anglais.

Votre esprit analytique vous permet de piloter la performance de votre activité et gérer un budget avec efficacité. Vous savez en tirer des conclusions et bâtir la stratégie de votre catégorie en vous appuyant sur des données chiffrées.

International Public Relations Manager

Watches

MAIN MISSION

Within the PR & Influence International Direction, the PR Manager Watches create and manage the deployment of the multi-channel press strategy for the Watch category across all markets. He/She amplify the visibility of the category and maintain the Maison’s leader position on the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1: Lead on market deployment of the product launches

Press strategy

- Development, definition and management of a multi-channel press strategy

- Collection of market strategies, market challenges & responses to specific market requests (Interviews / angle / visuals / etc…)

Preparatory work

- Writing and sending information notes for each launch

- Management of assortments of press samples and gifting orders, for transmission to the Shoot & Events team

Market formation

- Writing training elements for market press teams: writing Q&A & leaflets

- Preparation of markets monthly market call with the PR & Influence Team

- Implementation of digital/physical training before each launch

Interviews

- Organization of interviews : proposal of titles to target, challenge the relevance of the title and questions, write answers for interviews by email, attend interviews

- Follow-up on its part of the interview table with expected and obtained outcome

Budget

- Construction and follow up of the budget

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 2: Lead on the organization of events related to its scope

- Referent person for the organization of Watches & Wonders and Press Previews

- Organization of visits to the Manufacture and the Maison des Métiers d’Art

- Management of Watches & Wonders with the FHH, marketing (brief, event book, press conference schedules, interviews and shoots, HQ listing, etc.) and markets

- Organize strategic Watch launch events with the PR event Manager outside W&W to promote the category throughout the year

- Management of these launch events with the events department, marketing department, and/or the markets

- Lead on guest lists including guests from Cartier international

- Co-construction with the markets of Press and POI guest lists for events

- Management of book events for PR markets and those of spokespersons


KEY RESPONSIBILITY 3: Lead on press reporting

 - Management of analyzes and impact of category launches

- Management of the press performance analyzes (DMR)

- Managing event reports

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 4: Develop and amplify the Group Watch community (CWC)

In relation with the Digital team and Brand Content :

- Identify new profiles to expand the community

- include CWC in events for amplification

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 5: BRIEF Brand Content et Talents & Entertainment Team

- Write the Briefs of the assets necessary for a product launch for Brand Content

- Write the talent brief prior to the launch for the celebrity team

Profile

You have at least 10 years of experience within an agency and in the press team of a Luxury Maison.

Watches expert.

You know how to work transversally and navigate in a complex environment.

You are organized, precise, rigorous, fast, agile and have excellent relational skill.

You are a real team player.

You are fluent in English (international team and environment) and French.
