Job description :
The apprentice will be part of the Commercial team of Technip Energies' Decarbonization Solutions Business Line. The objective of this business line is to support our clients in the development and deployment of innovative solutions for the energy transition and industrial decarbonization, with a focus on carbon capture and storage of industrial sites and direct carbon capture from the air (DAC). The activities of the apprentice will mainly focus on the standardization of carbon capture plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the current processes and procedures of the plant, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to ensure standardization. The apprentice will benefit from the advice and coaching of commercial and technical fellow and will interact on a daily basis with the wider business team, the sales teams, the innovation and technology teams and the engineering teams.Main missions :
Conduct a thorough analysis of the elements of a carbon capture plant that are eligible to standardization Identify areas for improvement and develop an implementation plan and strategy for standardization Work with the team to implement changes and ensure standardization across a maximum parts of the plant Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the changes and make adjustments as necessary Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the changes are integrated into the overall operations of the plant Maintain accurate records and documentation of all changes and improvements made Quantify the effect of standardization on cost, schedule and performances of the plant for different geographies and applicationsDuring this apprenticeship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions.
Profile :
Baccalaureate level +4/ +5, Business school or double degree business/engineering school, Soft Skills: Data Management Attention to detail and appreciation Ability to define and design research projects, setting appropriate input and output parameters Visual data presentation skills Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills Excellent time management in relation to deadlines and ability to self-manage research initiatives Oral and written proficiency in English in a professional environment Digital Skills: Use of standard applications from the MS Office suite Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Knowledge of carbon capture plant operations and processes Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologyAre you looking to complete your apprenticeship in a dynamic, international environment, take part in large-scale projects and meet technical and organizational challenges?
