The position
As our Finance Business Partner, you will enhance the commercial success of Novo Nordisk France by defining, implementing, and monitoring relevant business processes and frameworks in the Business Finance Department. In more details, your missions will be to :
- Act as a key Finance business partner, providing up-to-date business analysis, insights, and decision-making support to the France leadership team. You will also build and maintain strong relationships at a global level to ensure effective collaboration and alignment of financial strategies.
- Guide budgeting process, including defining assumptions, forecasting, scenarios planning, new launches, etc.
- Drive performance improvements to unlock productivity and accelerate execution, providing insights to the business through analytics and market research as required. It involves to support key stakeholders in driving performance for the therapeutic areas you will support.
- Develop and maintain sales, costs, and market share forecasting models for the French Affiliate with a focus on one of the therapy areas.
- Ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk systems and policies and ensure solid financial operations through timely and high-quality management reporting.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you have a :
- Master’s or graduate degree in Finance, Economy, Business, or other relevant areas.
- 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and/or business analysis. Ideally, you have experience in the French pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels of seniority. You have solid cross-functional knowledge of sales, finance, marketing, business development, and market access.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French language proficiency would be considered a plus.
- Advanced level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and working level knowledge in SAP. Ideally, you have knowledge and experience in PowerBI.
About the department
You will join our Business Finance Department composed of 2 Finance Business Partners and 2 interns. You will report to our Business Finance Manager. You will liaise mostly with stakeholders from the French affiliate, including the leadership team. You will also have interactions at a Region Europe level to share best practices and to be aligned on the regional strategy.
