Nous recrutons sur le site de Lestrem (62), un Technicien excipients en alternance au sein du Pôle excipients.
Le poste et les missions ?
Le Technicien Pole Excipients doit garantir, dans le cadre de ses missions, la prise en compte des exigences internes/externes sur lesquelles Roquette s’est engagée, tant sur les domaines de la sécurité produits / solution, que sur la partie liée au management de la qualité.
A ce propos, il connait et applique les règlements pertinents et l’ensemble des normes ISO9001 et ISO22000.
En ce qui concerne le domaine spécifique d’applications du référentiel Excipact et du guide IPEC, le Technicien Pôle Excipients aide le Responsable Pole Excipients dans son rôle de point de référence de l’organisation.
- Contribuer à l’application du référentiel Excipact sur les pôles certifiés de son périmètre.
- Contribuer à l’application du guide IPEC sur les pôles de son périmètre.
- Contribuer à la gestion conforme des changements.
Le Technicien Pole Excipients est chargé de :
- Faire le trait d’union avec les commerciaux afin de gérer les demandes de dérogation clients.
- Contribuer à la gestion et l’exécution des audits de première, deuxième et troisième partie. - Contribuer à la mise en place et au suivi par délégation des actions dérivées par les audits, inspections et autres déviations.
- Participer à la gestion de crise les cas échéants.
- Assurer la continuité des activités qualité de ses pôles dans des situations d’urgence.
- Assurer la gestion CICS – SAP pour la qualité (ex. La60, La18 etc…)

Capacité à travailler en transversalité, pragmatisme, gestion des priorités, sens du reporting. Dynamisme, capacité relationnelle et bonne communication.
Mais aussi :
Formation Bac +2
Experience: 3 à 5 ans sur un poste similaire ou expérience en production, laboratoire, qualité
Connaissance de la réglementation applicable, des référentiels Qualité et des marchés, des produits et procédés
Maîtrise de l’anglais niveau B1/B2
