KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Proposal, building, exploitation of transformation studies and evaluation studies of new molecular structures/components in the framework of existing projects
• As a starting point, making of internal or external bibliography surveys to know the state of the art
• Making or sub-contracting chemical or physical-chemical characterization of new molecular structures/components; development of new characterization methods is investigated
• Sharing and sustainability of knowledge : verbal communication of results, safe keeping of knowledge of the domain
• Technical support provided to external collaboration (universities, suppliers...)
• Training of new comers : transmission of knowledge and know-how in the material domain
• Organization or building of maintenance and checking of the devices under his responsibility; order, safety of people and of used devices are assured
