As a dynamic, future oriented, essential company, we are always looking for new talent to join our team We are looking for a full time second shift  Production Quality Technician  who will be responsible to analyze production scraps, participate in the implementation of measurement and control means and participate in the 8D resolution method by making product/process expertise and analyzes. What You Will Do: Identify, propose and implement improvements. Technically analyze product non-conformity, to write analysis reports. To archive the returned products after analysis. To define, if necessary, specific control means adapted to the control.  Performed dimensional and functional control. Carry out product qualification as per product qualification planning.  Carry out internal Audits according to Layered Process Audit schedule. Validate and monitor action plans until they are closed. Any other work assigned as needed. Other duties as assigned. What We Are Looking For: Minimum of 2yrs of Quality expertise. Bachelor's in mechanical & engineering or related field. Knowledge of the ISO quotation (drawing). Knowledge of internal audit. Capability to use means of controls and expertise. 8D and problem-solving methods. SPC and capability. Frequently positions and transports 45 lb. of equipment. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
