Missions et responsabilités :

Au sein du département Sécurité Industrielle, vous serez intégré(e) dans une équipe d’ingénieurs HSE Design (Sécurité Industrielle, Quantification des Risques, Environnement & Santé, Acoustique & Vibration) sur un des projets de Technip Energies ( (pétrole et gaz (onshore ou offshore), pétrochimie, transition énergétique, mines & métaux, pharmacie) en tant que Chef de Projet Sécurité Industrielle (Safety Lead). Vous rapporterez au chef de service Sécurité Industrielle et au Lead HSE Design du projet sur lequel vous serez affecté. Vous superviserez une équipe d’ingénieurs Sécurité industrielle incluant l’organisation de l’équipe et la vérification des livrables et activités. Vous serez responsable du scope Sécurité Industrielle du projet, et des planning et budget associés.

Sur les projets, vos principaux interlocuteurs seront l'équipe de management du projet, le client, les partenaires et les autres disciplines comme process, tuyauterie, génie civil, instrumentation, etc.

Vos principales missions seront de :

Identifier et qualifier les événements accidentels majeurs, Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les mesures de prévention, contrôle, atténuation et protection, Fournir un design sûr qui assure la protection du personnel, de l’environnement et des biens, en supervisant l’équipe Sécurité industrielle du projet pour réaliser les activités suivantes et les livrables associés : Analyses de Risques préliminaires (*), Participation aux revues de Sécurité (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, LOPA, etc), Revues des plans d’implantation & revues du modèle 3D Identification des éléments critiques pour la Sécurité (Safety Critical Elements) & Evaluation de leurs criticités Classement de zones dangereuses/ATEX, Protection incendie passive (*), Protection contre les fuites cryogéniques (*), Protection contre l’incendie (dimensionnement de la pomperie incendie, études du réseau maillé et des systèmes déluge, calculs hydrauliques, …), Détection Feu et Gaz (inflammables et toxiques), Protection du personnel, Evacuation et de sauvegarde de la vie en mer (*), Spécification et achat de matériels de lutte contre incendie, de protection du personnel et de sauvegarde, tableau de comparaison des offres, suivi vendeurs.

(*) : Les analyses quantitatives (analyses de conséquences, QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, , spécifications du chargement à l’explosion et RAM sont hors du scope du département Sécurité Industrielle au sein de l’organisation de Paris ; elles font partie des activités Quantification des Risques.

Toutes les activités Quantification des Risques, Environnement & Santé, Acoustique & Vibration sont en dehors de votre scope.

Votre équipe et vous-même devez produire des livrables de qualité intégrant les contraintes des projets tels qu’exigences réglementaires, budget et planning.

En parallèle, votre retour d’expérience et celui de votre équipe doivent être formalisés et partagés en encadrant et formant de jeunes ingénieurs, en participant à l’animation de formations et de présentations techniques, et au développement de sujets Recherche & Développement, et en rédigeant des rapports de fin d’affaire.

 Chef de Projet HSE Design, Expert, Chef de service

Profil :

Ingénieur diplômé(e) d’une école en Génie des Procédés, Génie Chimique ou d’une école spécialisée en Risques Industriels ou équivalent universitaire (bac +5), vous avez une expérience minimum de huit ans dans les industries pétrole et gaz, pétrochimie, énergie transition, mines & métaux, pharmacie, et vous avez déjà encadré des équipes.

engagement, proactivité, rigueur (incluant traçabilité des sources, commentaires et modifications), planification des tâches et délégation, capacité à gérer les interfaces au sein et en dehors de l’équipe HSED, bonne communication, capacité à analyser et résoudre des problèmes et à arbitrer les choix techniques, leadership.

Vous parlez anglais couramment et êtes mobile pour des déplacements de courte durée en France et à l'étranger.
