Trade: Mechanical Fitters x 4
Onboarding: Monday 9th Aug End date- Sunday Friday 18th Aug)
Working hours: 7 Days 9.5 Hour Shifts
Rate of Pay: £18.90 (1.4 + 1.8)
Local Labour Only 

Job Description:

Altrad are currently seeking skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitters. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery and equipment. This role will involve working closely with our / client engineering and production teams to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and maintain machinery and equipment according to P&ID’s, schematics, and technical specifications.Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation of machinery.Inspect and test machinery to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

If you hold a Level 3 NVQ in the relevant discipline, then we want YOU to join us on this journey.
