Piping Superintendent - Fawley

£28 per hour 

80p bonus per hour

Starting May with permanent contract 

We currently have an opportunity for a Mechanical Piping Superintendent to join our busy Altrad team at the Fawley Refinery.

Your role will be field-based overseeing all day-to-day activities adn supporting first line supervisors and steering progress in the field.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Project team is tasked with delivering a wide variety of projects throughout the year encompassing both civils and mechanical structural activities – projects that range in complexity from simple repairs of steelwork such as a single beam replacement.

Experience Required Piping Background ideallyField-Based presence overseeing all day-to-day activitiesSupporting First Line Supervisors and steering progress in the fieldWorking with First Line teams to overcome barriers dailyUpdating project management team on daily progress and schedule compliance/completionVisibility of schedule to plan and organise future workChair Good-2-Go process for all disciplines on all future work, next day, 3 day lookahead, one week/two week lookahead etc.
