Your main target:
Lead and coordinate the development process of our sneakers from design stage into SMS while ensuring the respect of quality, cost, deadlines.Your mission:
Attend seasonal briefing/product kick offTogether with Pattern Makers and Industrialization, analyze the assigned projects in order to evaluate feasibility, highlight potential challenges, suggest solutions.Together with Desing and Pattern makers co-create Tech Packs/BOM and transmit them to factoriesBe the point of contact for factories and follow up through daily communication ensuring that Tech Packs are correctly interpreted.Constantly monitor timing, respect of deadlines and accuracy of the prototypes.Follow up with Costing to ensure that defined price targets are met.Work with Quality to make sure the respect of Salomon’s quality/fit standards.In line with company sustainability goals and together with the dedicated team, constantly seek for the most responsible version of our products.Travel to factories to monitor the development of prototypesBe a proactive link between the actors involved in the development process promoting communication and alignment.

Votre objectif principal :
Diriger et coordonner le processus de développement de nos baskets depuis la phase de conception jusqu'à la mise en production, tout en veillant au respect de la qualité, des coûts et des délais.Votre mission :
Participer aux briefings saisonniers/lancement de produits.En collaboration avec les Modélistes et l'Industrialisation, analyser les projets assignés afin d'évaluer leur faisabilité, de mettre en lumière les défis potentiels et de proposer des solutions.Co-créer avec les Designers et les Modélistes les fiches techniques/la nomenclature et les transmettre aux usines.Être le point de contact pour les usines et assurer un suivi quotidien pour garantir une interprétation correcte des fiches techniques.Surveiller en permanence les délais, le respect des échéances et la précision des prototypes.Collaborer avec le Service des Coûts pour garantir que les objectifs de prix définis sont atteints.Travailler avec le Service Qualité pour assurer le respect des normes de qualité/ajustement de Salomon.En accord avec les objectifs de durabilité de l'entreprise et en collaboration avec l'équipe dédiée, rechercher constamment la version la plus responsable de nos produits.Se déplacer dans les usines pour suivre le développement des prototypes.Être un lien proactif entre les acteurs impliqués dans le processus de développement, en promouvant la communication et l'alignement.
QualificationsRequired Experience: years of Project Management and experience as a Product Developer in the shoe industry.Education: Bachelor's degreeIT Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Knowledge of Plasma can be a plus.Languages:Fluent in English.Fluency in French can be a plus.Specific Skills:Familiarity with Salomon products is advantageous.Knowledge of materials, intellectual property, production techniques, and project management methodologies.Ability to organize and plan, manage finances, ensure confidentiality, innovate or facilitate innovation.Soft Skills:

Expérience requise : ans de gestion de projets et d'expérience en tant que développeur de produits dans l'industrie de la chaussure.
Éducation : Niveau BAC+.
Compétences informatiques :
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
La connaissance de Plasma peut être un atout.
Langues :Maîtrise de l'anglais.La maîtrise du français peut être un atout.Compétences spécifiques :La familiarité avec les produits Salomon est un avantage.Connaissance des matériaux, de la propriété intellectuelle, des techniques de production et des méthodologies de gestion de projets.Capacité à organiser et planifier, gérer les finances, assurer la confidentialité, innover ou faciliter l'innovation.Compétences personnelles :OrganisationCommunication efficaceAutonomieEsprit d'équipeProactivitéAgilitéIntérêt pour le monde de la modeAdditional InformationPermanent Contract, Full Time
