YOUR ROLE

In the role of Cyber Security Governance & Awareness Officer, you will be a central figure in promoting a robust security mindset across the enterprise and energizing the overall security function. You will be instrumental in reinforcing the cyber defense of our organization and actively engage with all levels of the company to animate and promote the security function, driving awareness and fostering a collaborative approach to cybersecurity.

Your responsibilities will include the leadership of our cyber training and awareness programs, the execution of phishing campaigns, the organization and oversight of security governance structures, the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).

You will report to the Group Head of Governance, Risks & Compliance.

You will be in charge of the following:

Cyber Training & Awareness: Lead the cyber training and awareness program, crafting educational content, coordinating internal actions, and organizing security awareness and events to foster a strong security culture.

Focus on Phishing : Design, conduct and analyze periodic phishing simulation campaigns, reporting on effectiveness, engaging with stakeholders, and devising remediation strategies.

Projects Management: Develop, manage, and report on cybersecurity projects, such as Global Security Dashboard project aiming to develop consistent Key Performance/Risks Indicators throughout the enterprise.

Cyber Governance & Policies: Oversee the organization and execution of security committee meetings, including agenda setting, documenting proceedings, and tracking completion of follow-up actions. Conduct regular reviews and updates of cybersecurity policies to adapt to the evolving threat landscape and business needs. Follow-up the security budget and recharge to business units.

Cyber Function animation and communication: Act as a champion for the security function, actively promoting its visibility and relevance across all levels of the company.

As Cyber Security Governance & Awareness Officer, you will interact mainly with:

Group CISO and Governance, Risks & Compliance team

Cyber Security function, a community of Business Lines/Units and Regional security leaders and global Security Centers of Expertise (CoE)

Group Communication Team

Group HR Team

Group Data Analytics & Innovation Team

IT / Project teams in Global Technology and BU

YOUR PROFILE

You are charismatic and experienced leader in projects and cybersecurity awareness management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience preferably in a transversal/international role, with demonstrated usage of data analytics and the ability to engage with senior managers when needed.

You should be demonstrating:

Effective Communication and Reporting Skills : Mastery in articulating complex cybersecurity concepts clearly and engagingly for a non-technical audience, to effectively disseminate cybersecurity policies, procedures, and awareness materials across the organization.

Cybersecurity : A strong foundation and/or genuine interest in cybersecurity principles to ensure the accuracy and relevance of awareness content.

Interpersonal and Influencing Skills : Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders and influencing the organization to adopt secure practices. Ability to work in multi-cultural environments and experience leading the organization of significant events.

Organization & Analytical Skills : Ability to organize its activity autonomously, lead projects; establish, monitor, and report on KPIs based on data analytics and automation. Microsoft Office suit and the knowledge of PowerBI.
