Join Our Team as a Communications manager, Employer Brand & Engagement
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager to join our Group Content Factory. In this role, you will propose and implement initiatives to raise brand awareness, improve the employee experience and attract new talent. This position plays a critical role in shaping a consistent, attractive and powerful brand and in supporting FORVIA’s ambition to be a sustainable mobility tech leader.
Your main missions:
In close collaboration with the HR teams (in particular Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion teams), you will:
Promote the Group among current and future talent:Propose and implement communication plans to support the Group’s strategy in terms of talent acquisition and candidate experience.Create new content, tools, or events to attract and retain talent, in all formats (articles, videos, etc.) and for all channels (job fairs and events, website, social media platforms, intranet).Work on e-reputation to raise the Group’s image: animate the career website; develop innovative and attractive strategies and content for LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.Develop the Group employer brand campaign.Promote FORVIA’s initiatives and successes in terms of D&I.Develop employee advocacy, engage an ambassador network covering a variety of profiles and functions, and propose innovative initiatives to animate and leverage this network.Develop employee engagement, raise pride and loyalty:Enhance the attractiveness of the Group’s professions and business lines, both internally and externally.Promote the diversity of talent within the Group.Highlight inspiring career paths and career opportunities.Celebrate team successes.
Monitor performance indicators and budget.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
• English fluent
• Around 7-8 years’ experience in communications
• Storyteller and creative, with strong verbal and written communications skills, in both French and English
• Autonomy, entrepreneurship spirit, accountability, political-savvy
• Team player with confirmed project management skills. Comfortable with managing event, editorial, and digital projects
• Resourceful and solution-oriented, enjoying fast-paced work
• Curious about trends and new features; familiar with social media, graphic design and video editing.
• Rigor and agility to ensure content validation and manage multiple stakeholders and agencies.
Interpersonal and facilitation skills necessary.
Experience working in multi-cultural environment is preferred
